There are many options available to emulate Android on your PC. Some are BlueStacks, others are focused on virtualizing ISO images from a disk. This Bliss is one of these solutions. This is basically an Android compilation that can run on any computer.
You will need a USB to get Briss operating. Or, you can use VirtualBox to virtualize the image. You can then boot an operational Android Pie 9.0 version.
The project is currently in development. It can therefore be unstable at times. It does not include Google Play, nor any other company apps. You will need to manually install these apps if they are required. This version of Android has default rooted.
It's an attractive alternative to other emulators and offers a good user experience.
