AstroSynthesis has a 3-D universe generator. This takes in the main Physics, Chemistry and Astrology laws to create a consistent universe. There won't be stars too close to each other. However, you will find moons on some planets. Their features and location will determine their meaning.

It also provides information on each celestial object and planet,temperature and gravity effects. The application also tracks interstellar travel routes from one galaxy or planet to the next, thereby indicating which path anyone must take and for how long.

It also has 3D View, which is great for moving the focus around so it can be centered on the region of the universe where the computers are currently located.
