Everything has been fine. It's not clear if the system was updated or if my issue was an older phone. However, I no longer have to log in repeatedly to my account to view it. So, "pretty good".

Although the app works well, it crashed on my phone today. It has money remaining and I use it for lunches and drinks at work. This problem must be solved.

The app is usually excellent. App is generally great. Would have given 5 stars if it had dark mode. Join the party, everyone else is doing it

They have money in my account, and are preventing me from logging into, so I'm here, I can't wash my clothes, and they have my money. Terrible tech support

It's easy to use. I can email my bank to get my money back if I make a mistake and send it in. This service is so great that I have stopped buying quarters.

This app is simple to use and quick. It was amazing to see how accommodating and efficient their customer service was. Five stars!

This app works well overall. The app allows me to pay the machine with a credit card. My only problem is that the machine requires me to add funds even though there are already enough funds. It could be $12, but the app doesn't show it until I have added an extra dollar. This is annoying because I must do it every time I use the service, which I only have since I live on campus.

My app was loaded with $10 and I filled up a 1 1/2 gallon container. Then, when I attempted to fill another bottle, it asked me to load my account. It wouldn't let me fill any more bottles.

It was super convenient, and I got 3 washable loads! The countdown function is great because I can check when it's time to return and change the load. Love! Love!

It is very difficult to connect via WI Fi. It can take up to 10 minutes for the signal to be picked up. This doesn't happen just on my phone. There are more than 50 people who use this machine.

Although it is simpler than quarters, sometimes it logs me off and I find it difficult to get back in. I added some money today, and it logs me out. The app refused to open or close. My phone was restarted, but nothing. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall my phone, but nothing. My account has money loaded and I cannot get into it. I downloaded the app and it works (for now).

Take a picture of your washer and it will start a dryer. THEN GET CHARGED WASH PRICES FOR DRYER COST & VICE VERSA. A PROPERTY MANAGER WAS CHIEF AT MANY TIMES. Refuses to address or fix anything with me (the only severely disabled veteran in a 12-unit). The Landlord/ Property Manager said to me, "YOU CAN LIVE in Misery OR MOVE!" PICK A LANE ."... The app is normally running perfectly but it is now close to g, and my phone says that there was a problem. This issue must be fixed.

WATCH OUT! THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY USE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!! They don't give you any choice, they just take it! WATCH THIS APP !!!!! !

It works perfectly when it does. Unfortunately, the app fails to work 7-8 out of 10 times. The connection is poor and it can take me up to 5 minutes to start the machines.
