myAT&T for PC

It's my first attempt at opening it.

The slowest I have ever experienced. Even Tmobile beats ya all. All things are slow. Internet. Freezes during a video. The video stops loading and then freezes. It's all pretty much a feckless system.

The customer service department is terrible. When I called with service problems, the representative kept pushing for more or better services.

Customer service at ATT is terrible. Att can't activate my account. Att doesn't even have a phone number.

The app is slow and lags, which is frustrating at best. It is not recommended. Just go to the website faster.

The APP IS OK AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ANYONE! BUT, WHY IS IT THAT WHEN YOU CALL AT&T, ALL YOU GET TO TALK TO IS FOREIGNERS?

This is the most frustrating internet experience I have ever experienced. It's 4x more times that my internet has gone down in the same time period. I am looking to find a new service.

To find what I want, the att app takes a lot of trial and error. AT&T has continued to disappoint me. Sam's Club's sales representative lied about free phones, discounts (at AT&T I was a substitute teacher) and how much savings I'd receive compared with Verizon. My bill was doubled by AT&T. The app only provides information about your plan, usage and contact AT&T.

Terrible app, difficult to get past Direct TV App which I do not have. The rest of the App was pure crap

It is very slow It is difficult to access my account. This company has been the worst for both phone and internet companies. That's a lot! It was shocking to me that T-mobile's customer service can be so bad! The worst customer service! I had so many problems with billing, and they kept making excuses for it! After I had been with them for 3 months, I was denied the trade agreement on new phones. I was then told that I could not get it until they sent me the phone.

My bill is not visible to me. EVERY TIME THAT YOU CONNECT WITH A LIVE AGENT ON CHAT DAMN SCREEN BOUNCES, YOU CANNOT READ THEIR RESULT! TIME TO MODIFY CARRIERS

Att is a ripoff! They have the temerity to charge me a $40 reconnect fee That's ridiculous. Simple Mobile, I'm !.....lol

This is a review for Jersey Gardens Mall AT&T in Elizabeth, NJ. It also includes their management team. I purchased 5 lines and my phones. They not only lied to me but also scammed me by offering a direct TV streaming service free for 30 days. It was originally supposed to cost $175 per month + a rebate for credit above $325, but I ended up paying $680 and 3 months of TV. Customer services were a waste of their time.

Atrocious. My phone is not up to standard. Trade in credit up to $800 Trade in is not possible. Myat&t and the website want me to fork over $1199, even though my Samsung smartphone is eligible to be traded in.

This company is not recommended. They can increase the charges without any reason. You should not cancel your service only to continue being charged for services you did not use for 7 months. Avoid ATT
