This app makes it so easy to learn how to use such apps. We are grateful!

The app works when it's working. Although it's a solid 4, I have constant problems with the app and so do my colleagues. It's a great app, very easy to use. However, it doesn't receive the proper support to ensure that it works properly.

This is very annoying, not to mention the fact that you have to make sure your punch ins and outs are accurate so you don’t get caught punching out or in too soon.

The site is well-designed and simple to use. You can also make changes if necessary.

You will need a duplicate code every time you attempt to obtain it. You cannot also do anything with an insurance app.

Never works. Never went beyond the first screen. It stayed open even after I left it open for over 30 minutes. If I had the option, would have given it a lower score.

I downloaded and installed the app. As I write this, the app is loading and ready to go. Yes, it is still available.

I only gave it 4 stars because some things are difficult to understand and there are not many tutorials. It works great and doesn't cause any problems. It is great to have my daily schedule at hand.

When I instructed the app to recall my username, it asks for a Code. How can you clock in/out only when you are within a store's vicinity?

The app was broken by the August 26th update. It will only work once. After that, you'll need to delete all your data or reinstall the app to make it open again. I emailed the dev team but got no reply so perhaps they will fix it by lowering their ratings.

When you press the Keep me logged-in, it sometimes doesn't work. There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.

The app is exceptional. Signing in to My account was too difficult. Clicking on the icon brings up a blank page.

It barely works. The server may not be available 30% of the times you require it most.

If I had the option, I'd give it zero. It is confusing and not very user-friendly. It is difficult to locate and use time change requests or vacation request sick pay request.
