This app is not useful because of the sync problem and other issues. Please fix this issue. I do not like the app.

Excellent band, very high quality. The app is very helpful and useful. I had lost my phone and band helped me find it.

For the first 5-6 days, it worked fine. However, now my sleep tracking and heart rate status are not updated. The app shows me the same heart rate as a month ago even though I turned off auto hr mode. The watch's heart rate mode, Heart Rate Mode, works well but it doesn't show the updated heart rate on the app. This makes sleep tracking inefficient as it doesn't update the app and the user can't see how much sleep he has.
