The Story of India (by BBC)

A 6 hour documentary comprising of 6 episodes of an hour each.
The best documentary I have ever watched till date. Presented by the famous historian, Michael Wood, it narrates 10,000 years of India’s rich history and makes you proud to be an Indian. Woods visits & explores several places across India & Pakistan and the well organized documentary covers everything chronologically from the Vedic period to the 21st century and the flow of presentation is insanely seamless & great!!

A must watch documentary not only for Indians but even for everyone around the world who wants to know about India.

One fine Saturday morning at 10 AM, after a heavy breakfast, I started watching this documentary. After “sometime”, I started wondering why I was feeling so hungry. That was because I was so deeply engrossed in this excellent documentary, I┬ádidn’t┬árealize that I had spent 6 hours at a stretch and it was 4 PM.
